The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the metro and close to many central attractions. It was very convenient for getting around the city. the staff was friendly and cute, making us feel comfortable.

Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not ready upon our arrival, and when we finally got in, it was not clean.

The hotel also provided a good internet connection on our floor.

The location of Grand Pacific is fantastic, close to City Hall and Bugis station, as well as hawker centres for delicious and affordable local food. The convenience of bus stops right outside the hotel is a bonus. The hut tub added a touch of luxury to my stay.

The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room service, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, and laundry services. The room amenities were impressive too, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the in-room safe helped me feel extra secure while staying here.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the room service was good. The staff at the taxi service outside the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

There was no dedicated tour desk, and the concierge seemed unhappy to answer questions. there were no restaurants in the area for dinner, and we didn't feel safe walking around.

The hotel we stayed at was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was near Bugis Street and a shopping mall, making it convenient for us to shop and explore. We also liked that it was not far from the Queen Street terminal, which made it easy for us to travel to other places. There were so many eateries nearby, allowing us to try different cuisines. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast itself was excellent with a wide variety of options.

One disappointment we had was the lack of accurate information from the staff regarding bus transport to a certain location. This caused us to almost miss our connections and added unnecessary stress to our trip.
